With over two decades dedicated to building socially impactful organizations and five years of helping families grow through adoption, Dr. Andréa Harris is a single mom by choice and mother to two toddlers—one adopted, one donor-conceived. Her expertise includes navigating SPBC journeys, addressing trauma and grief, supporting special needs adoptions, promoting adoption equity, and guiding families through the complexities of transracial adoption and intersectional identity.

Carly Thompson
Carly has more than a decade of experience helping families grow through adoption and is a mom to eight children through foster care and domestic infant adoption. With specialized training in early childhood development, she’s passionate about supporting adoptive families in trauma-informed parenting, meeting the unique needs of special needs and transracial adoptions, and nurturing healthy adoptee development from the start.
